Description of technical principles

1) It works by spraying out other chlorides to lower the freezing temperature. However, as the chlorides on the wheels disappear or the ice and snow melt, the washed salts will also be discharged into the sewer.

2) To solve the above problems, insoluble sulfide-based PCM and paraffin-based PCM are mixed by continuously maintaining antifreeze properties for a long time.

3) Since the insoluble PCM is insoluble in water, the phase change performance can be maintained for a long time. Therefore, the chloride-based PCM is eluted and particle voids are generated. In the particle voids generated, the sulfide-based PCM and paraffin-based PCM below 1.2 mm that are insoluble in water undergo a phase change from solid to liquid and stabilize in the particle voids.

4) By adjusting the phase transition temperature of sulfide-based PCM and paraffin-based PCM to be lower than that of chloride-based PCM, the liquid is allowed to restabilize in the particle voids made by the elution of chloride-based PCM.

5) Even if the chloride-based PCM is eluted and continuously lost, the sulfide-based PCM and paraffin-based PCM can maintain antifreeze properties again by filling its place.

6) Although the antifreeze temperature can be maintained at a minimum of -16 degrees, the antifreeze temperature will decrease over time as the eluted chloride PCM disappears.

7) Compared with other companies' products, the black ice phenomenon above -5 degrees can be minimized, and icing can be fully prevented in shady places and mountainous areas, reducing traffic accidents.
